Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.

Order are shipped within 24 hours of placing it and it can only be cancelled before it is shipped.

All pictures on our website are a representation of the actual products. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different digital devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order, as we do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.

We try to fulfill every single order we receive but your order may get cancelled due to the following reasons:

- The product is out of stock

- Pricing errors

- Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Please note that orders placed using Credit/Debit Cards can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After which, $15 fees applies on any refund.

It’s not necessary to create an account to place your order. However, signing up with us will only take a few minutes and make your next shopping experiences much more convenient and quicker. We will save your address and other details so that you don’t have to enter them when you shop with us again. This way you’ll also be able to track your order, review your past purchases and manage your email preferences.

Shipping

Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched usually within 2 days (excluding weekends).

Please note in exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

Pre-booked orders will be shipped on the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the relevant product page.

We have partnered with Call Courier to deliver your orders in Pakistan and international orders are primarily shipped through DHL.

Depending on your country's rules and regulations, you may be charged some duties or customs tax. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs Department in your country whether they charge any such taxes on your order. These taxes are to be paid by the customer and are not included in the amount of your order.

Our standard delivery time is 2-3 business days within Pakistan. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the city and availability of the customer.

For order shipped international, the delivery time can vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on your country.

Our courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will get in touch with you through your provided contact details to know about your availability. After three attempts your parcel will be returned to us.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you all the tracking information via email or SMS. You can also get your tracking information logging into your account on the website or by contacting us.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Exchange is not possible for orders delivered internationally.

Refunds will only be issued if the delivered product is damaged and the customer does not want a replacement. In all other cases, a store credit will be issued to the customer. Please note that slight variation in color will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the merchandize is defective.
